Operation Process & Grinding System
The log saw (large-diameter orbital paper cutter) is designed to automatically and continuously cut folded tissue logs, such as interfolded facial tissues. Driven by advanced servo technology and variable frequency speed control, the machine ensures exceptional stability, high cutting precision, and perfectly smooth and flat finished edges.
The cutting length is fully adjustable within the machine’s specification range. The built-in automatic grinding wheel features a fixed angle to guarantee consistent blade sharpening quality. The blade grinding system is continuously cooled by compressed air and can be equipped with an optional specialized cooling fluid system.
